Oracle Inheritance Management app is meant for use by legal heirs/beneficiaries associated with succession transactions created in Oracle Sales Cloud by a retail banker on the death of any of the account holders in the bank.
The legal heir/beneficiary can use this app to
1. View the succession transactions relevant for them.
2. Upload documents like death certificate to Oracle Sales Cloud to complete the tasks related to the succession transactions.
3. Collaborate with the retail banker using Oracle Social Network that is available along with Oracle Sales Cloud.
